This course enables you to develop knowledge on how to perform normal and complex administrative tasks including managing information and supporting events. By taking this programme, you will learn about the: principles of personal responsibilities and how to evaluate your own performance at work; principles of working with and supervising others in a business environment; principles of managing information and producing documents in a business environment; principles of providing and maintaining administrative services; principles of change in a business environment; and the principles of maintaining stationary stock.
Aims of the course
This course will enable you to:
Gain a range of key management skills and put them into practice in your own role Build your leadership capabilities ? motivate and engage teams, manage relationships confidently Develop your leadership and management skills using your own knowledge, values and motivations.
Minimum 37 credits Choice of optional units from Groups 1 and 2 Maximum of 18 credits from Group 2

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to progress to Level HNC and HND in Business, ILM Level 5 (with at least three years of working experience of a supervisory role) and enhance your opportunity of progression and job security within a variety of working environments.
