This course aims to stretch and grow learners into professionals equipped to carve out successful careers in business administration. It has been designed to further develop learners who want to either continue into higher education, or work in supervisory roles within business administration. After successfully completing this course, learners will be awarded a Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration.

Principles of personal responsibilities and how to develop and evaluate own performance at work
Principles of working with and supervising others in a business environment
Principles of managing information and producing documents in a business environment
Principles of providing and maintaining administrative services
Principles of contributing to innovation and change
Learners are assessed through activities set internally by tutors, including report writing, group discussion, essay and written question/answer.
After successful completion of this course, you may be able to apply for BTEC Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration or seek employment at supervisory level within administration.
Personal Assistant, office manager, floor manager. team leader, receptionist
4 GCSEs A*-C / or 9-4 (in 2017 GCSEs)
Relevant Level 2 qualification with Merit or above
Relevant industry experience to Level 2 or above
Classroom (day) over 2 days a week
