Aims of the course
For learners starting out in hospitality & catering and want a basic understanding of the industry, these qualifications are designed for learners who want to prepare for further learning or training in the hospitality & catering sector or to progress on to an apprenticeship or into employment The Food and Beverage Service qualification covers all aspects of food and beverage service, it will deliver the key skills required by the learner to ensure they will have a thorough understanding of the role and expectations that any future employer will expect of them
