On this course, you will learn about food preparation and cooking and all the processes involved in the safe preparation and cooking of food. You will learn key skills used in the service of food and beverage in our practical restaurants. You will learn how to prepare and cook healthy meals and understanding the basic in cookery, including how to use chop and fillet ingredients. To understand what ingredients go together and identify what type of sauce matches different foods.
