This course is designed for those who have little or no knowledge of ICT seeking a route into jobs which require some knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing packages in Microsoft Office. There are 3 units. Namely: IT User Fundamentals Word processing Spreadsheets
Qualification City & Guilds Entry 3 Level Award for IT Users (ITQ).
Aims of the course
The aim of this course is to develop the skills and knowledge that learners need for a career in IT. Designed to meet the needs of today's businesses, this hands-on, applied qualifications give learners a chance to gain a nationally recognised vocational qualification and progress to employment or further education in the IT sector.
There are 3 mandatory units. Namely: IT User Fundamentals Word processing Spreadsheets
A range of practical work and completion of end of course assignment
City and Guilds Level 1 Award for IT Users (ITQ).
