This course explores the travel and tourism industry, focusing on opportunities within the hotel industry. On this programme you will learn about worldwide travel destinations, customer service and selling skills, 'meet and greet', retail travel servicers, tourist information services, interpersonal skills, and work experience in the hotel industry. Students will also be given an enrichment opportunity to gain the on-line Book a Room system qualification.
