This course is a perfect introduction to the Amadeus Computer Reservation System. You are given hours of training time AND a 176 page workbook. You will cover all the essentials of Ticketing, Airline Reservations, Car Hire & Hotel Reservations. This course is suitable for beginners as well as those with some prior knowledge of a GDS and will provide you with an expert level of knowledge in Amadeus.

Most travel companies are computerised and use a GDS (Global Distribution System) to book flights, hotels and car hire. This is an essential course for those wishing to work in the Travel and Tourism Industry especially for those seeking careers with airlines, travel agents or hotels. Entry Requirements

Demonstrate competency in English language skills or successful completion of a Level 1 qualification in a related subject - plus an initial assessment that indicates an appropriate level of English and mathematical ability along with a satisfactory reference.

Facilities

The course is taught through lessons and online workshops. Learners will have an initial induction of 4hours of in class lessons, thereafter students will complete online assessments from home which are set by the tutor. Contact with the tutor will be via email/ telephone to facilitate the students completion of the course. Learners can also make arrangements to see the tutor for 1:1 face to face appointments.
