Understand and carry out low carbon steel pipe fabrication work for domestic plumbing systems

Understand and carry out plastic pipe fabrication work for domestic plumbing systems

Understand the key features of domestic plumbing systems

Understand and demonstrate techniques for installing

Assessment Method

Each unit has a number of small assessments; these assessments will include practical assessments, written question, multiple choice questions and component recognition.

Progression Opportunities

This study programme can lead to a several different paths including progressing to the Level 2 Plumbing Qualification or taking up an apprenticeship in plumbing.
